purchase a 1-year account for $550.00. We offer a $50.00 discount
for purchasing the annual account. Monthly account holders receive
500 completed surveys per month at no additional cost. Annual
account holders receive 6000 completed surveys at no additional
cost. Additional completed surveys over those included with
your account are just $0.20 per completed survey, which is LESS
THAN THE PRICE OF POSTAGE! In addition, discounted group licensing
